SHIPPING FEES & DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping is free on all orders! Items are shipped from varying locations, from both Asia and North America. Because of this, delivery times vary by product and by shipping destination, and can sometimes take up to 4-5 weeks arrive. Approximated delivery ranges can be found on each item's detail page. Orders containing multiple items may ship separately. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your item has shipped. Because 15% of profits from your purchase are immediately donated to our various causes, we are unable to offer full refunds. However, if you do change your mind about an item, you may request a return for store credit within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping fees will be deducted from your store credit. Return authorizations must be requested via chat in advance. Returns sent back without authorization may be refused. Once approved, you will be responsible for sending your return back to the address provided via chat. We recommend you choose a shipping carrier that provides tracking, so that we can monitor the status of your return. Once received, you can expect your store credit to be issued within 7 days. You will be notified via email.
Faulty items can be returned for an exchange or full refund if notified within 48 hours of delivery. You can notify us of a faulty item via chat. Return shipping fees will not be deducted if an item is returned because it was received faulty.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by notifying us via chat. After that time period, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order.
